She is managing director of Clear Ink, the brand tone of voice specialists. The company provides brand communication strategies, quality marketing communications materials and training, and corporate content for global clients.

Margaret spent 25 years in the media and is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster. She spent most of her print journalism career as a business columnist for The Irish Times and editor of The  Sunday Times’ Money section. She was also presenter of Newstalk’s Breakfast Business and is a regular contributor to many national radio and TV programmes.

Paddy specialises in people management and improving efficiency while maintaining a positive working environment within a business.

He leads PFM Solutions & Support Ltd, which partners with business owners and managers to bring about change. He researches, designs, and sets up change platforms to engage with staff and deliver strategic enhancements.

Over a long career with Diageo/Guinness, Paddy gained senior level experience of operations and logistics, and human resources (HR) management. He went on to work as HR strategy director for the Carlisle Group, which employed 300 staff in recruitment, contracting and outsourcing, and security.

In 2006, he managed the industrial relations element of the major ESB Moneypoint Carbon Retrofit Project for Lentjes. In 2008, Paddy moved to the DMG Group as head of employee relations and then became strategic change leader. He was appointed as a non-executive of the Kefron Group on its successful formation from DMG .

Tessa works closely with clients to ensure the alignment of their business and marketing goals. She set up Brand-Edge in 2001. Since then she has worked closely with a wide variety of clients to enable them to realise their marketing strategies.

From 1995 to 2001, she was head of marketing for the SuperValu brand with the Musgrave Group. During that time, she changed the focus from wholesale to retail and customer, and saw SuperValu’s national market share more than double, from nine to 19%.

From 1989 to 1994, Tessa worked in the health and beauty division of Unilever UK, holding a number of key positions including senior brand manager, trade marketing manager and national accounts manager.

An honours graduate of University College Dublin, she is a former board member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and author of Building your Business, a construction industry marketing guide.

He is the founder and creative director of Concept Choice, an innovative service that generates ideas that promote businesses and products. The company’s services range from brainstorming and visualisation to the implementation of communication collateral.
